White-glove delivery service is available when you order a Big Game Bike from Watt Pedal. For an additional charge, you can have the bike assembled for you on delivery so that it is ready to ride straight away. Also, your driver will explain how to get the very best out of your new Big Came Bike.
If you choose the free standard courier delivery option, E-bikes are shipped via DPD on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We use DPD next day however, for the highlands, islands, bank holidays etc., please allow additional time. We do not want our bikes sitting in DPD hubs over the weekend hence the above shipping days.
Unboxing and assembly will be required with this standard delivery option. For unboxing and assembly instructions, check out the videos below.

The BGB Buffalo battery is easy to remove and this allows you to charge the battery on or off your bike.
