At Watt Pedal, we take pride in offering great value and outstanding service on electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards. Our Best Price Guarantee ensures you always get the best deal when shopping with us.
If you find a product online at a lower price than what we offer—either on our website or in-store—please contact us. If the product meets the criteria below, we may be able to match the price.
Price Match Criteria
Eligible Products
✔ Applies to all electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards available on our website.
✔ The item must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and condition to the competitor’s product.
✔ Price match does not apply to purchases made using the Cycle to Work scheme.
Eligible Competitors
✔ Price matching applies to authorised and reputable UK-based online retailers that are VAT-registered.
✔ The competitor (or their supplier) must have the item in stock and available for immediate shipment (pre-orders are not eligible).
✘ Showroom retailers, bulk-stock warehouses, and marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers) are not eligible.
✘ Prices from auction sites, membership clubs, or classified ads will not be matched.
Verification Process
✔ Customers must provide a live URL to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.
✔ The lower price must be visible and verifiable by our customer service team at the time of the request.
✔ Price match requests must be made before purchase or within 24 hours of purchase.
Exclusions
✘ Price match does not apply to:
• Pricing errors, clearance sales, closeouts, flash sales, refurbished items.
• Special promotions (e.g., buy one get one free, bundle offers).
• Discounts requiring membership codes, loyalty programs, or specific credit cards.
Shipping & Handling Considerations
✔ We compare the total cost, including shipping and handling fees.
✔ The competitor’s price must include all associated costs to deliver the product.
Promotions & Discounts
✔ Our Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Watt Pedal promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
✔ Competitor promo codes, rebates, or mail-in offers are not eligible.
How to Request a Price Match

Approval & Adjustments
✔ If the price match request is approved, we will:
• Adjust the price before purchase or
• Refund the difference (processed within 7-10 business days) if the purchase has already been made.
