Return and Refund policy
We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to customers in the UK.
**14 DAY RETURN POLICY**
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us via email at support@wattpedal.com within 14 days of delivery. If you have received a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged item so we can arrange for a courier to collect it. We will cover all associated costs. We will then send you a replacement item at no extra charge. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used for the purchase. If you ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product must be unused. As soon as we receive the product, we will refund the order amount to the card you used for the purchase.
**RETURNS PROCESS**
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wattpedal.com or call +443338808899. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
**DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS**
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue. To return your product, please email us.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
**EXCHANGES**

**ADDITIONAL COSTS**
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
**Refund Period:**
It typically takes 5-7 business days for the customer to receive their refund. We will issue the refund to your card immediately upon receiving the returned goods. However, please note that it may take your bank an additional 5 to 7 business days to process and post the refund to your credit card account.
**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is visible.
