Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your item, please let us know by emailing support@wattpedal.com. Our Returns Policy allows you 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note – the 30-day return period is intended to give you time to inspect the goods as you would in a store. For a full refund, the item must be returned in “as new” condition, meaning it must be resalable.

Returns policies may vary between different brands available through Watt Pedal. Please check individual product pages for specific return conditions.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our Returns Policy. In the event of any conflict between our policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods. Additionally, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a 14-day right to return items purchased online.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wattpedal.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, a fee will apply to cover delivery costs and restocking.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We recommend thoroughly checking all items at the point of delivery. If an item appears damaged, we advise against accepting the delivery. Should you later discover any damage, please send clear photos of the affected item to support@wattpedal.com, so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

If your bike develops a fault under normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual), you may be eligible for a repair or replacement under warranty. Please provide full details of the fault by emailing support@wattpedal.com, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange the necessary repair or replacement. Please note that any faults caused by misuse will not be covered under this policy. To avoid voiding your warranty, please read the manufacturer’s manual carefully before using your e-bike.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that any delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 12 hours after being placed may incur additional fees.

If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
